The CCF 4500.500 Bandsaw is engineered for clean room environments. It features advanced components that simplify

assembly/disassembly between processing. To promote sterility, the CCF.4500 is constructed from anodized aluminum

and stainless steel that has been passivated and electropolished per Celco 1000.

  • A fully removable upper saw case with the touch of a button(requires no tools)

  • Two motor options for ideal blade speed: 950RPM and 1500RPM, available in US and international versions.

  • Electronic adjustable height system for operator comfort and maximum stability during operation.

  • Adjustable saw guide for repeatable cut lengths.

  • Multiple safety functions including:

  • Emergency E-Stop, easily accessed through the drape.

  • Proximity door sensor preventing the saw from operating when the case door is open.

  • Proximity case sensor preventing case releasement from the motor base during operation.

  • Optional Motor brake to reduce blade run-down time.

  • Ergonomic foot pedal operated below the sterile field.

  • Swivel casters to enhance ease of transportation.
