Nova Manufacturing, an American company, based in Denver, Colorado, excels in Allograft Instrumentation. Our team focuses on rethinking, redesigning, and accurately manufacturing solutions for the Tissue Bank industry.

Our mission leverages the extensive experience of lead mechanical engineer Allen Hooks, a renowned figure in this space since 1995, and the entrepreneurial vision of CEO Austin Farley, with over 10 years in machining and metal fabrication. We continuously strive to improve efficiency, safety, and durability in tissue banking instruments.

  • Mr. Austin Farley/ CEO

    In 2013, he founded a company called Matik Metal Innovation, which is currently a leading company in its field, known for its design capabilities in high-end projects.

    Austin has over 10 years of experience in precision custom fabrication, starting in the oil and gas industry.

    In March of 2023, Austin acquired Colorado Custom Manufacturing, now Nova Manufacturing, where he continues to invest in research and development and works on new innovations with his experienced engineer, Mr. Allen Hooks, and their team.

  • Mr. Alan Hooks/Lead Engineer

    Lead Design Engineer with a Mechanical Engineering Degree.

    Known for precision and innovative ideas, revolutionizing products from concept to completion.

    Holds an Autodesk Inventor Expert Certification.

    Founded Colorado Custom Fabricating in 1988, recognized as a world-class innovator and designer.

    Designed and manufactured advanced tissue bank equipment since 1995.

    Served as engineering manager at a prominent tissue bank from 2001-2006.

  • Patrick Farley/Sales

    Mr. Farley has spent his career in the medical industry with leading companies like Abbott Laboratories, Ventana Medical, and IDEXX Laboratories. He has lived and worked overseas in Europe, as a General Manager and Director.

    As an entrepreneur, he has founded successful regenerative medicine companies (Stem Cells, PRP, and PRF), holding two patents with Dr. Corey Orava.

  • Adriana Elias/Product Manager/Marketing

    Adriana is an experienced and committed team member who maintains team organization, coordinates customer inquiries, delivers and schedules demonstrations, and develops marketing materials.

    She has an excellent grasp of the Nova Product line, with great attention to detail and strong customer interaction skills.

  • Shannon Farley/ Accounts Receivable/Marketing

    Shannon is responsible for managing customer interactions, creating brochures, overseeing marketing activities, assisting with website design, and coordinating customer demonstrations.

    As an entrepreneur, she contributed to the establishment of Matik Metal as a successful company.

    Since Nova Manufacturing's inception in 2023, she has played an essential role in customer interaction, accounts receivable and accounting.
